Getting started

After installing the app, open it and tap the “+” icon to add your companion device. Follow the on-screen pairing steps. Once paired, AdEclipse runs in the background and mutes your TV automatically when commercials are detected.

Troubleshooting

App is not detecting commercials

Make sure the companion device is powered on and within range of your TV. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone and the device appears as connected in the app.

Device shows as offline

Restart the companion device and check that it is nearby. Try removing the device from the app and pairing again from settings.

Mute delay is noticeable

Detection latency depends on TV audio and room acoustics. Try moving the companion device closer to your TV speakers.
